History of Appraisal Services of Mankato

Appraisal Services of Mankato, Inc. was incorporated April 4, 1977. Leon Tacheny and Owen Viker opened for business May 1, 1977 with Kathy Thielges as secretary.

Additions since the company began include Deb Wedmore in 1988, Erin Tisdell in 1996, Tamra Kirkeide in 1997 and Linda Kilvington in the summer of 2000. Sara Nelson joined Appraisal Services in May of 2003.
